Impro=Improvisation, cide= abgeleitet von z. B. suicide. Der Begriff wird nicht negativ sondern aufgrund seiner Intensität/Kraft gebraucht.
Improvisation ist interessant wenn es um etwas geht, wenn etwas auf dem Spiel steht.
Freie Improvisation ist Konfrontation mit sich selbst. Sich zeigen. Nicht durch gut vorbereitete schritte Sicherheit schaffen. Die Herausforderung wird intensiviert durch die unbekannte Konstellation der Spieler. Die Gruppe der Spieler ist bekannt.
Ein weiter Bogen zwischen elektronischer Musik, noise, klassischen Instrumenten, selbstgebauten Klangerzeugern, zeitgenössischer Musik wird in der Improvisation gespannt.
Die ca. 12 Musiker werden sich in verschiedenen Gruppen formieren und Sets von 20 Minuten spielen.
Die Besetzungen werden am Abend u.a. mit Hilfe von Zufallsprinzipien festgelegt als gegeben genommen und im freien Spiel erkundet.
Das verrrückteste, extremst mögliche tun.
Gratwanderung zwischen Kontrolle, Chaos und Stille.

Improvisation gets interesting when you get involved, when something´s at stake.
Free improvisation confronts you with yourself.You show your self. Without the security of minutely planned steps. The challenge is intensified by not knowing the constellation of the performing musicians within a known group.
A vast range of electronic musik, noise, classical instruments, selfmade tone generators, contemporary music is comprised in improvisation.
About 12 musicians will be matched in various combinations playing 20-minute sets. The constellations will be put togehter on the night of the event according to random principle, taken for granted and explored in free improvisation.
Going for the craziest, most extreme thing you can possibly do. A balancing act between control, chaos and silence.
