Low Cost Technology- Everyday Object Sensors for Sound Installations

A full-day workshop where participants will collaborate to create an interactive sound installation which will be exhibited on the evening of the workshop.
Participants will be introduced to a variety of sensors (pressure sensors, light sensors, bend sensors, velocity sensors etc.), will be shown how to make many of these from everyday objects and will be shown how to interface these with the computer programme Audiomulch (www.audiomulch.com).

Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop. No prior knowledge or expertise is required just imagination and enthusiasm! All required instruction will be given on the day.
